Educational Visit to a Dairy Production Unit

As part of the Biology course, the students of our school carried out an educational visit to a dairy production unit in Alambra, with the aim of becoming familiar with the process of milk production and processing.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe all stages of the production process, from the collection of milk to pasteurization, packaging, and its distribution to the market. At the same time, they were informed about the strict hygiene regulations and quality control measures that are applied to ensure the safety and quality of the products.

Through this Biology course initiative, the students experienced a unique hands-on learning opportunity, connecting theoretical knowledge with practice. Through their direct contact with the production environment, they gained a better understanding of the importance of proper nutrition, food technology, and the responsible production of the goods we consume daily.
